30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At HandbrushArt, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted artwork. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This guarantee covers all quality issues, transit damage, and order errors caused by our team.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, the returned artwork must meet the following conditions (All conditions apply within 30 days from the date of delivery):

  • Please reach out to us to initiate and receive a return authorization from our team before sending anything back. This helps us track your return and process your refund faster.
  • The artwork should be in its original, unused condition—no alterations or signs of use (of course, unboxing for a careful inspection is perfectly fine!).
  • The artwork is securely packaged, preferably in its original professional packaging provided by HandbrushArt;

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@handbrushart.com with the following information:

  • Your full order number
  • A clear reason for the return
  • Relevant photos/videos (if applicable, e.g., damage, defect, wrong item)

 

Return Address & Authorized Instructions

To ensure a smooth and timely refund, please reach out to us before sending any items back. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and a unique authorization number to help our warehouse team process your request quickly.

Please note that our return warehouse is located in China. For 'Change of Mind' returns, customers are responsible for international shipping costs to China.

 

Return Shipping Costs

We clearly divide the return shipping cost responsibility based on the reason for return, with no hidden fees or restocking fees charged for any eligible return:

  • Our Responsibility (Defective/Damaged/Order Error): If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged items) or transit damage of the artwork, HandbrushArt will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label via email.
  • Your Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to personal preference (excluding cases where the artwork does not match your initial custom requirements), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The artwork must be in the original condition to be eligible for return in this case.

 

Refund Process & Refund Amount Note

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

PayPal Users: Refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account.

Refund Posting Time: The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the official policies of your payment provider (typically 1-3 business days for PayPal). We have no control over this processing time and will assist you with any payment provider inquiries if needed.

Refund Amount Note: Full refund refers to the total order price you paid for the artwork (excluding any shipping fees, if applicable).
